Robotic Pick and Place
Custom robotic pick-and-place systems handle products, components, and packages with tooling, conveyor synchronization, and controls designed around your required cycle times and part geometry.
Improve packaging throughput, consistency, and traceability with robotic systems engineered around your products, line speeds, and facility constraints. GLOBAL Automation Technologies combines custom robot integration, machine vision, controls, and production support to automate picking, packing, palletizing, inspection, and material flow. From feasibility planning through commissioning, we help manufacturers build dependable packaging operations that scale with demand.

Custom robotic packaging systems that improve end-of-line speed, accuracy, product handling, and production visibility.
Custom robotic pick-and-place systems handle products, components, and packages with tooling, conveyor synchronization, and controls designed around your required cycle times and part geometry.
End-of-line robotic systems stack, unstack, orient, and transfer packaged goods efficiently, helping manufacturers reduce repetitive manual handling and maintain dependable material flow.
Machine vision helps robots identify products, verify orientation, inspect package presence, and handle variable incoming parts for more flexible and reliable automated packaging operations.
GLOBAL Automation Technologies engineers each packaging cell around the product and line it serves, not a one-size-fits-all platform. The work begins with a process study of the products, pack formats, and rates, which guides selection of the robot and end-of-arm tooling for case packing, tray loading, bundling, or cartoning. Incoming product is fed and singulated so it presents consistently, with machine vision locating items as they move down the line where positioning varies. Controls and conveyors are integrated with upstream and downstream equipment and palletizing so product flows as one system, all inside safety guarding with guarded infeed and outfeed. Before launch, the cell is validated with simulation and proven out at production conditions, and GLOBAL supports installation, commissioning, training, and long-term performance.

GLOBAL supplies both automation systems and skilled engineering talent for sustained operations.
Engineering automation solutions for demanding manufacturing environments worldwide.
GLOBAL Automation Technologies was founded in 2008 to solve manufacturing problems through automation, recognizing that manufacturers often need both a robotic system and the technical people to launch, operate, and sustain it. Over 18+ years, the company has built its business around both capabilities, combining robotic systems integration and technical staffing under one roof. Today its 110+ team members support manufacturers through process studies, simulation, design, integration, installation, commissioning, and ongoing support, with offices in four countries and project experience across 22 countries. Its vision remains straightforward: deliver the system and the engineers needed to keep production moving.
Cells can be engineered for case packing, tray loading, shrink or film bundling, and cartoning, with end-of-arm tooling matched to how each product must be gripped and placed. The right format mix depends on product dimensions, packaging material, and how the finished pack must present for shipping. GLOBAL reviews the products and pack styles a line must run, then configures the cell and tooling around them. Where a line handles several formats, the cell can be designed to switch between stored pack recipes.
