Machine vision helps robots locate parts, verify component presence and orientation, inspect quality during production, and track moving products for flexible assembly with less dedicated fixturing.
Robotic handling systems move, present, transfer, rack, de-rack, and place parts between assembly operations. Vision-guided capabilities support structured placement, random bin picking, conveyors, and changing part orientations.
Robotic dispensing systems apply seam sealers, structural adhesives, foam, wax, tape, coatings, and protective films along complex paths, with flow monitoring and vision inspection for dependable material placement.
GLOBAL manages automation projects from process study, simulation, design, and controls engineering through build, installation, commissioning, training, documentation, and ongoing production support.
Automation feasibility studies evaluate workflows, cycle times, equipment, facility constraints, conceptual layouts, capital requirements, and ROI to identify practical, high-value robotic assembly opportunities before full implementation.
Robotic assembly automation gives manufacturers a dependable way to scale complex production without giving up process control, and GLOBAL engineers each cell around the details that decide performance. Design starts with how parts are fed and presented, whether from trays, magazines, conveyors, fixtures, or bins, and with fixtures and nests that hold each component in a known position. From there GLOBAL selects the right automation for the task, weighing a flexible six-axis robot against fixed or servo-driven stations based on part geometry, cycle time, and product mix. The joining method, such as screwdriving with torque and angle verification, press-fit, insertion, or dispensing, is matched to the fastener and the joint, with poka-yoke checks and torque, part-present, and vision verification that catch a missed or out-of-spec step before the part advances. Torque values, test results, and serial numbers can be captured for traceability, and the cell is interlocked with upstream and downstream equipment and line controls so material flows cleanly. Before production, GLOBAL validates the system through simulation and a run-off on your parts, so the line launches against proven cycle times, quality checks, and throughput.

Engineering expertise for complex, production-ready robotic automation systems.
Founded in 2008, GLOBAL Automation Technologies was built to solve manufacturing problems through automation, pairing robotic systems integration with technical staffing so manufacturers get both the equipment and the engineers to sustain it. Over 18+ years, the team has grown to 110+ members supporting projects across automotive, EV, aerospace, heavy equipment, appliance, and industrial manufacturing. With 630+ robots sold and experience in 22 countries, GLOBAL brings a practical applications mindset and AI-assisted simulation to every engagement.
GLOBAL builds assembly cells around the joining processes each product needs, including robotic screwdriving and nut running with torque and angle verification, press-fit and insertion, pick-and-place placement, and adhesive or sealant dispensing. Fastening tools are selected for the fastener type, torque range, and access, and each fastening event can record torque, angle, and pass/fail results. Where a joint is critical, the cell confirms the fastener seated correctly before the part advances.
