Robotic Assembly
Custom final assembly cells combine robotic pick-and-place, component insertion, bolt tightening, precision fastening, dispensing, testing, inspection, and production traceability for reliable finished-product assembly.
GLOBAL engineers custom assembly machines and automated systems that unite robotics, vision, precision fastening, testing, and traceability in one production-ready solution. From early feasibility through installation and commissioning, our team designs around your parts, throughput targets, floor space, and quality requirements. Build a scalable manufacturing cell that strengthens consistency, reduces manual bottlenecks, and provides reliable data for every critical assembly step.

Integrated robotic solutions engineered around your assembly process, quality standards, throughput goals, and facility constraints.
Custom final assembly cells combine robotic pick-and-place, component insertion, bolt tightening, precision fastening, dispensing, testing, inspection, and production traceability for reliable finished-product assembly.
GLOBAL manages the full automation lifecycle, including process studies, simulation, mechanical and controls engineering, build, installation, commissioning, training, documentation, and ongoing technical support.
Vision-guided systems identify, locate, and verify parts during production, enabling adaptive assembly, random bin picking, moving-line operations, quality inspection, and reduced fixture dependence.
Robotic material handling integrates part transfer, racking, palletizing, conveyor synchronization, and camera-guided picking to keep components flowing safely and consistently between manufacturing operations.
Robotic dispensing systems deliver consistent adhesives, sealers, foam, coatings, and protective materials along complex paths, with flow monitoring and vision inspection to verify bead placement.
Automation retrofits upgrade existing cells for new products, greater capacity, improved controls, and converted manual tasks while helping manufacturers limit disruption and capital investment.
A custom assembly machine should fit the product and the production environment rather than force your operation onto a generic platform, and GLOBAL engineers each system around those specifics. Design starts with how parts are fed and presented, from trays, magazines, and feeders to conveyors, fixtures, or vision-guided bin picking, and with nests and fixtures that hold every component in a known position. GLOBAL then chooses the right automation for each operation, weighing a flexible robot against fixed or servo-driven stations based on part geometry, takt time, and product mix, and matches the joining method, whether screwdriving with torque and angle verification, press-fit, insertion, or dispensing, to the fastener and the joint. Poka-yoke checks and part-present, torque, and vision verification catch a missed or out-of-spec step before the part advances, and torque values, test results, and serial numbers can be captured for traceability. The machine is interlocked with upstream and downstream equipment and line controls so material flows cleanly, and before production GLOBAL validates it through simulation and a run-off on your parts, so it launches against proven cycle times, quality checks, and throughput.

Experienced automation specialists solving complex manufacturing challenges worldwide.
Founded in 2008, GLOBAL Automation Technologies was built to solve manufacturing problems through automation, bringing systems integration and technical staffing together so manufacturers get both the equipment and the engineers to run it. Over 18+ years, the company has grown to 110+ team members, offices in four countries, and project experience in 22 countries across five continents. Its team works across automotive, EV, heavy equipment, aerospace, and industrial manufacturing, applying practical lessons from demanding production environments and AI-assisted simulation to every project.
A custom machine is configured for the joining processes your product needs, which can include robotic or fixed-station screwdriving and nut running with torque and angle verification, press-fit and insertion, pick-and-place, and adhesive or sealant dispensing. GLOBAL selects tools for the fastener type, torque range, and access, and critical fastening events can record torque, angle, and pass/fail results. The machine confirms each critical step before the part advances.
