Connected robotic assembly, handling, inspection, and modernization services engineered for demanding manufacturing environments.
Custom final-assembly cells combine pick-and-place, component insertion, precision fastening, bolt tightening, dispensing, fixturing, testing, and traceability to improve throughput, build consistency, and production documentation.
End-to-end integration covers process studies, simulation, controls, machine vision, system build, installation, commissioning, training, documentation, and ongoing support for complete production-ready automation systems.
Machine vision helps robots identify parts, verify position and presence, guide assembly on moving products, inspect quality, and reduce fixturing, scrap, and rework in variable processes.
Robotic handling systems manage part transfer, pick-and-place, racking, de-racking, conveyor synchronization, palletizing, and vision-guided bin picking while fitting your cycle time and floor-space requirements.
Robotic dispensing systems apply adhesives, sealers, foam, wax, coatings, and protective materials along complex paths, with flow monitoring and vision inspection for verified bead placement.
Modernize existing assembly operations with new robotic equipment, controls improvements, manual-to-automated conversions, and capacity enhancements designed to minimize downtime and capital disruption.
GLOBAL Automation Technologies engineers integrated assembly solutions around the real demands of your production environment, so stations work as one connected line rather than isolated equipment. Design begins with how parts are fed and presented at each station, from trays, magazines, and feeders to conveyors, fixtures, or vision-guided bin picking, and with nests and fixtures that hold every component in a known position. GLOBAL selects the right automation for each operation, weighing a flexible robot against fixed or servo-driven stations based on part geometry, takt time, and product mix, and matches the joining method, whether screwdriving with torque and angle verification, press-fit, insertion, or dispensing, to the fastener and the joint. Poka-yoke checks and part-present, torque, and vision verification catch a missed or out-of-spec step before the part advances, and torque values, test results, and serial numbers can be captured for traceability across the line. Stations are interlocked and balanced through shared line controls so material flows at rate, and before production GLOBAL proves the line out through simulation and a run-off on your parts, so it launches against validated cycle times, line balance, quality checks, and throughput.

Founded in 2009, GLOBAL Automation Technologies was built to solve manufacturing problems through automation, combining automation solutions, services and technical staffing so manufacturers get both. Over 17+ years, the company has expanded to offices in four countries, completed projects in 22 countries, and grown to more than 110 team members. Its engineers support demanding automotive, EV, heavy equipment, aerospace, and industrial environments with practical, application-led solutions and AI-assisted simulation. In the last five years, GLOBAL has delivered 745+ automation projects across 140+ manufacturing facilities.
GLOBAL integrates the joining processes a product needs into a coordinated system, including robotic screwdriving and nut running with torque and angle verification, press-fit and insertion, pick-and-place, and adhesive or sealant dispensing. Tools are selected for the fastener type, torque range, and access, and critical fastening events can record torque, angle, and pass/fail results. Each critical step is confirmed before the part moves to the next operation.

GLOBAL holds Level 5 standing in FANUC's Authorized System Integrator program.

Certified by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council, helping OEM and Tier 1 buyers meet supplier-diversity goals.

GLOBAL was founded by former FANUC engineers, and the team still brings deep FANUC application expertise.

18 assembly projects since 2021, including collaborative-robot and design-through-commissioning assembly cells.

13 projects for industrial and fluid-power manufacturers, including robotic assembly cells and a conveyor factory build.

Robotic dispense, paint, weld and assembly engineering isn't industry-specific; the same process depth applies to any manufacturer running these processes.

Since 2021, ten projects have exceeded $1 million and 43 have exceeded $200,000.

Turnkey projects delivered as prime contractor, from design and build through programming, installation and commissioning, from a single robotic cell to a greenfield facility.

Small robot cells often installed in a single weekend, up to multi-robot systems of 4 to 15 robots on seventh-axis rails.
