Robotic Palletizing
End-of-line palletizing systems transfer cartons, cases, or packaged products into stable pallet patterns tailored to product geometry, load requirements, cycle times, and plant floor constraints.
Move finished goods from line to load with gantry palletizer robot systems engineered around your products, packaging, throughput targets, and available floor space. GLOBAL Automation Technologies combines custom end-of-arm tooling, controls, safety integration, and optional vision guidance to create dependable end-of-line automation that improves stacking consistency, reduces manual handling, and supports sustained production output.

Custom end-of-line automation solutions for precise, efficient, and scalable product palletizing.
End-of-line palletizing systems transfer cartons, cases, or packaged products into stable pallet patterns tailored to product geometry, load requirements, cycle times, and plant floor constraints.
GLOBAL Automation Technologies manages system layout, robot simulation, controls, tooling, safety guarding, installation, commissioning, training, and ongoing support for a production-ready palletizing cell.
Machine vision helps robots identify product position and orientation, verify placement, and adapt handling when product presentation or pallet conditions vary across the line.
A gantry palletizer gives manufacturers a repeatable way to build accurate, stable loads while making efficient use of floor space, and GLOBAL Automation Technologies engineers each system around the product and building it serves. Work begins with a load and SKU study — product mix, weights, and pallet patterns — followed by end-of-arm tooling selection sized to the heavier payloads and longer reaches gantry systems handle. Product is metered and oriented on the infeed so the gantry picks from a predictable position, then places items into recipes configured in palletizing software so it forms stable layers and switches formats as SKUs change across its span. Pallet dispensing, slip- and tier-sheet placement, and the handoff to downstream stretch wrapping are built in where needed, all inside safety guarding planned around the overhead work envelope. Ceiling height and structural support are confirmed early, and each system is run off with your product before it is handed to production.

GLOBAL provides automation systems plus skilled engineers to support plant operations.
Automation specialists focused on solving complex manufacturing challenges.
GLOBAL Automation Technologies was founded in 2008 to solve manufacturing problems through automation, combining robotic systems integration and technical staffing under one organization. Over 18+ years, the company has grown to 110+ team members, with offices in four countries and project experience across 22 countries. GLOBAL has sold more than 630 robots worldwide while supporting automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, heavy industry, and other manufacturers, using simulation to move each project from concept to reliable production.
A gantry palletizer's rate depends on product weight and size, the pallet pattern, how many units are handled per pick, and the travel distance across its axes. Gantry systems suit heavier loads and longer reaches, so cycle time reflects the mass being moved and the span covered as much as raw speed. Rather than citing a fixed cases-per-hour figure, GLOBAL sizes the gantry to the sustained rate your line requires and validates reach and cycle performance with simulation before build. Because one gantry can span several pallet positions, it can often build multiple pallets or serve more than one lane in sequence.
