End-to-end robotic system delivery spanning process studies, simulation, engineering, controls, build, installation, commissioning, training, and long-term production support.
Custom robot cells load, unload, orient, and manage parts for CNC equipment and other machines, increasing utilization and supporting extended unattended operation.
Integrated welding cells combine robots, fixtures, tooling, positioning, vision, and programming to deliver repeatable joins, greater throughput, and reduced rework.
Robotic assembly lines integrate pick-and-place, fastening, dispensing, testing, inspection, traceability, and custom fixturing for consistent production performance.
Vision-guided robotic handling systems manage picking, palletizing, racking, bin picking, conveyor transfer, and part presentation around production constraints.
Machine vision and AI guidance help robots identify parts, verify placement, inspect quality, track moving components, and adapt to process variation.
GLOBAL Automation Technologies turns a collection of machines, robots, and stations into one production line that runs as a coordinated system. Integration starts with a process review that maps how each piece of equipment must interact—part handoffs, cycle timing, safety, and material flow—before any interfaces are designed. GLOBAL then engineers the controls, communication, and safety circuits that link the machines, adds machine vision where variation demands it, and writes the programming that sequences the line. The integrated system is built and tested, with sequencing and handoffs validated during factory acceptance testing, then installed, commissioned, and run off on the plant floor against its intended rate. Because GLOBAL also provides automation staffing, manufacturers can access both the integration work and the engineering talent to keep the line running after launch.

One integrated partner for the automation system and the people who support it.
Robotic integration and technical staffing work together, simplifying system delivery, launch, and ongoing operational support.

AI-assisted simulation helps identify issues early and accelerates robot programming before equipment reaches the plant floor.
From feasibility and layout through commissioning, training, and support, GLOBAL manages every essential integration stage.
Automation specialists built for demanding manufacturing environments.
Founded in 2008, GLOBAL Automation Technologies was built to solve manufacturing problems through automation. The company saw that manufacturers needed more than a robotic system—they also needed skilled people to engineer, commission, and sustain it—so it brought systems integration and technical staffing together under one roof. Over 18+ years the team has grown to 110+ members, with offices in four countries and projects completed in 22 countries. GLOBAL applies lessons from automotive, EV, aerospace, heavy equipment, and industrial production to each integration engagement, backed by controls, programming, and simulation depth.
As a machine integrator, GLOBAL ties separate machines, robots, conveyors, and stations into one coordinated production line that runs as a single system. The work covers interface engineering between equipment, PLC and HMI controls, safety circuits, part-transfer and material flow, machine vision where needed, and the programming that sequences it all. GLOBAL builds, tests, installs, and commissions the integrated line and proves it against the intended cycle before it carries production. Documentation and training are included so the line can be run and maintained in-house.
