Turnkey Robot Integration
End-to-end robotic system delivery, from process studies and simulation through engineering, build, installation, commissioning, training, and long-term production support.
GLOBAL Automation Technologies helps manufacturers worldwide turn complex production challenges into dependable robotic systems. From machine tending and welding to vision-guided assembly, our engineers design, build, program, and support automation tailored to real plant conditions. With automation solutions, services and technical staffing under one roof, GLOBAL delivers both the technology and the talent needed to keep production moving.

Integrated robotic systems, engineering expertise, and technical talent for complex manufacturing operations.
End-to-end robotic system delivery, from process studies and simulation through engineering, build, installation, commissioning, training, and long-term production support.
Custom welding cells combine robots, fixtures, tooling, positioning, programming, and optional vision guidance to improve weld consistency, throughput, safety, and quality verification.
Robotic machine tending automates loading, unloading, part orientation, and machine-cycle starts to raise spindle utilization and extend unattended production time.
Integrated assembly cells automate pick-and-place, insertion, fastening, dispensing, testing, and traceability for consistent, high-throughput component and finished-product assembly.
Vision-guided robotic handling systems manage pick-and-place, palletizing, depalletizing, bin picking, racking, and inter-station transfers around production requirements.
Machine vision and intelligent guidance help robots locate parts, inspect quality, track moving products, and automate variable processes with less fixturing.
GLOBAL Automation Technologies unifies automation engineering and technical staffing, giving manufacturers one partner for the electrical system and the people behind it. Production goals are translated into practical controls: electrical design, panel build, and PLC/HMI programming move through a factory acceptance test before the system ships, then installation, commissioning, and production run-off prove it out at rate on the floor. AI-assisted simulation helps resolve issues before deployment, while vision, controls, and support capabilities help each system sustain safer, more consistent throughput.

A single automation partner for system delivery, engineering talent, and lasting production performance.
One partner delivers the automation system and the skilled engineers needed to run and support it.
Level 5 is the top tier of FANUC's Authorized System Integrator program, reserved for partners with demonstrated engineering capability across a broad range of applications.
AI-assisted simulation accelerates programming and helps identify production issues before on-site deployment.
Teams manage design, build, installation, commissioning, training, and ongoing support for complex manufacturing programs.
Engineering talent for every stage of automation.
Founded in 2009, GLOBAL Automation Technologies was built to solve manufacturing problems through automation. The company saw that manufacturers often had to source an automation system from one provider and the specialists to run it from another, so it brought both together through automation solutions, services and technical staffing. Over 17+ years, more than 110 team members have supported manufacturers across North America and global production environments, with project experience in 22 countries and a focus on the people, process knowledge, and accountability behind reliable automation. In the last five years, the team has completed more than 745 automation projects worldwide.
Electric automation uses electrically powered controls, PLCs, servo drives, sensors, and actuators to run production tasks with limited manual intervention. GLOBAL delivers that layer end to end: control panel design and build, electrical design, PLC and HMI programming, drive and motion setup, safety integration, and commissioning. Each system is engineered around the product, cycle time, and facility requirements rather than a fixed template.
