Our Robotic Palletizing Systems Services

Custom end-of-line automation that handles products, pallets, controls, and production flow as one integrated system.

Robotic Palletizing

Custom palletizing cells stack finished products in stable, repeatable patterns matched to package dimensions, payloads, throughput requirements, and warehouse handoff needs.

Robotic Depalletizing

Automated depalletizing systems unload incoming products or materials for downstream processing, using tailored tooling, sequencing, and controls to keep production supplied.

Vision-Guided Handling

Machine vision helps robots locate products, confirm orientation, and adapt to variable presentation, enabling more flexible end-of-line handling with reduced manual intervention.

Turnkey Material Handling

Build a Smarter End-of-Line Operation

A robotic palletizing system should fit the way your line actually runs, and GLOBAL Automation Technologies engineers each cell around the product and line it serves. Work starts with a load and SKU study — product geometry, weights, and pallet patterns — followed by end-of-arm tooling selection for the loads being handled. Product is metered and oriented on the infeed so the robot picks from a predictable position, then places items into recipes configured in palletizing software so it forms stable layers and switches formats as SKUs change. Pallet dispensing, slip- and tier-sheet placement, and the handoff to downstream stretch wrapping are built in where needed, all inside safety guarding with guarded pallet infeed and outfeed. Each cell is sized to the reach and payload its patterns require, integrated with your conveyor and controls, and run off with your product before it is handed to production. Optional vision guidance adapts to changing product orientation and placement.

Frequently Asked Questions

What throughput can a palletizing robot reach?

Throughput depends on your product, the pallet pattern, how many units are picked per cycle, and robot reach and travel, so the cell is engineered to the rate your line requires rather than a headline number. Product weight and how it presents on the infeed also shape cycle time. GLOBAL uses simulation to validate reach and cycle performance for your patterns before build. A single robot can often serve more than one infeed line or build multiple pallets in sequence; whether one cell handles your combined rate or several make more sense is evaluated from your line layout and production targets.

Can one cell handle several products and pallet patterns, and how are patterns programmed?

How is the end-of-arm tooling selected, and who supplies the gripper?

How do pallets, slip sheets, and stretch wrap tie into the line?

How is a palletizing cell guarded?

How much floor space does a palletizing cell need, and what does installation involve?

How does changeover work, and what support follows deployment?
