Integrated robotic automation services engineered for precise, productive, and scalable manufacturing operations.
End-to-end robotic automation covering process studies, simulation, engineering, controls, build, installation, commissioning, training, documentation, and ongoing support for complete production systems.
Custom robot cells automate loading, unloading, part orientation, and machine-cycle starts for CNC equipment, presses, molding machines, and multi-machine operations.
Vision-guided robots support pick-and-place, palletizing, depalletizing, racking, bin picking, conveyor synchronization, and inter-station transfer with integrated tooling and safety controls.
Purpose-built welding cells combine robot programming, fixtures, tooling, servo positioning, vision guidance, and quality verification for consistent, high-volume joining operations.
Automated assembly cells integrate pick-and-place, insertion, fastening, dispensing, testing, inspection, traceability, and data collection to improve repeatability across complex production lines.
Machine vision and AI guidance enable part identification, orientation checks, random bin picking, moving-part tracking, in-line inspection, and adaptive robotic performance.
GLOBAL Automation Technologies turns complex manufacturing requirements into integrated motion control and robotics systems. The work centers on the robot's motion: how the part is presented, the path the robot follows, and how that path is coordinated with external servo axes, positioners, conveyors, and tooling so the whole cell moves as one. GLOBAL evaluates part geometry, cycle time, production targets, facility constraints, and quality requirements, then configures the right robots, motion controls, end-of-arm tooling, safety systems, and vision, and validates the motion in offline simulation and a factory acceptance test before it ships. Vision can be added where parts vary in position, so the robot locates and orients a component and adjusts its path instead of relying on rigid fixturing alone. With design, controls, installation, commissioning, and technical staffing available under one roof, manufacturers gain a practical path from concept to sustained production performance.

Engineers and automation specialists solving complex manufacturing challenges.
GLOBAL Automation Technologies was founded in 2008 to solve manufacturing problems through automation. From the start, GLOBAL saw that manufacturers often need more than a robotic system—they also need the experienced people who can engineer, launch, and sustain it—so the company combined turnkey systems integration with technical staffing under one roof. Today, its 110+ team members support automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, heavy industry, and other manufacturers across 22 countries, pairing hands-on engineering with AI-assisted simulation to move projects from concept to reliable production.
A robotic motion integration project coordinates a robot's motion with everything around it into one working cell. GLOBAL scopes the robot and its motion path, end-of-arm tooling, external servo axes and positioners, fixtures, safety guarding, PLC/HMI controls, and any vision the application needs, then programs and tunes the motion to the part and cycle time. The deliverable is an engineered, proven robotic cell rather than a robot dropped onto the floor, built around the product, quality standards, and available space.
