Evaluate cycle times, workflows, equipment constraints, capital requirements, and expected returns before committing to a CNC automation project or production-line upgrade.
CNC automation from GLOBAL Automation Technologies is engineered around the realities of each operation, not an off-the-shelf template. Every cell begins with a part and machine study—part geometry, weight, cycle time, machine interface, and floor space—so the design fits the work it has to do. From there GLOBAL builds the end-of-arm tooling and fixturing, often with dual grippers so a finished part comes out and a raw part goes in during a single visit to the machine, and integrates the machine-tool signals: the I/O handshake for cycle-complete, door open, chuck or clamp confirmation, and cycle start. The cell can hand parts to in-process gauging or light finishing, and guarding, interlocked gates, and light curtains keep operators safe, all proven out during run-off before production. The result is a reliable cell that can raise spindle utilization, extend unattended operation between scheduled maintenance windows, improve repeatability, and let experienced operators focus on work that needs their expertise.

Automation specialists solving complex manufacturing challenges from concept to launch.
GLOBAL Automation Technologies was founded in 2008 to solve manufacturing problems through automation, recognizing that manufacturers often need more than a robotic system—they also need qualified people to implement, operate, and support it. That insight shaped its model, combining robotic systems integration with technical staffing under one roof. Over 18+ years, GLOBAL has grown into a team of 110+ professionals with offices in four countries and project experience across 22 countries, working across automotive, EV, aerospace, heavy equipment, and industrial manufacturing. Today it pairs proven FANUC integration expertise with AI-assisted simulation and predictive maintenance tools to help manufacturers launch dependable, adaptable automation.
Robotic tending suits a wide range of machine tools, including vertical and horizontal machining centers, turning centers and lathes, grinders, and multi-axis equipment. What matters most is the machine interface and the spindle or chuck cycle the robot works around, along with part weight, geometry, and available access. GLOBAL engineers each cell for the specific machine, and a single robot can tend one machine or several arranged in a coordinated cell when cycle times allow.
